By using Hooly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Hooly is a peer-to-peer encrypted messaging application. It enables you to send end-to-end encrypted messages, voice messages, photos, and files to other Hooly users. The service operates without user accounts — your identity is derived from a cryptographic key pair stored on your device.
Your privacy is protected by design. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
Hooly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Hooly team. The application is provided as-is.
Hooly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or message delivery. As a P2P application, delivery depends on peer connectivity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Hooly.
You may stop using Hooly at any time by deleting the application. Since we do not store your data, no account deletion is necessary. You can also use the in-app "Delete Account" feature to wipe all local data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hooly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
